Fees are discussed during an initial consultation . Sessions are 50 minutes and are on a sliding scale based on income for those who cannot afford my full fee $180-245. I am an out-of-network provider and will bill you directly after the session or at the end of the month - whichever is agreed upon. If you have a PPO or out-of-network benefits, the calculator below will let you know what your insurance may cover.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Many clients use out-of-network benefits through their PPO plans. I provide superbills upon request for clients seeking reimbursement from their insurance carrier. Again, if you have a PPO or out-of-network benefits, the calculator below will let you know what your insurance may cover.
Good Faith Estimate
Self-pay clients may request a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs in accordance with the No Surprises Act.
